Returns
 
At SummerBrooke Gardens we make every effort to ensure the quality of our items and are extra careful to protect every item we ship.  We do not accept returns unless there are damages caused by the shipping company.  Please notify us within 5 business days of any damages due to shipping and we will exchange the item or offer you a full refund.  Items must be returned in original packaging.
 
Exchanges 
 
We do not accept exchanges.  When ordering an item, please look at all pictures carefully and check the dimensions to ensure the item will be suitable for you and your home.
 
Shipping
 
We ship everything via UPS or USPS.
 
Spend $0-$20, shipping is $7.50
Spend $20-$50, shipping is $10.00
Spend $50-$100, shipping is $15.00  
Spend $100 or more and shipping is FREE!
 
***Oversized or extremely heavy items may cost more to ship and will be noted in the description of the item.  You will be contacted with the additional shipping charge amount before your payment is processed.***

We accept Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover.  All credit card information can be entered over our secure website or you may call us with payment details.  All credit card processing is done in our shop.  We also accept check or money orders, please mail them to the following address:
